Merchant Agreement

This Merchant Agreement is entered into between you ("Merchant") and FINCORO LIMITED ("Company", Company No. 16815241).

‍Key Terms:
- The Company provides payment processing services.
- The Merchant agrees to comply with all applicable laws and card network rules (Visa, Mastercard).
- The Company may suspend or terminate the account if the Merchant engages in high-risk or prohibited activities.
- Settlement terms and fees are specified individually based on the Merchant’s business profile.
- The Merchant is responsible for all chargebacks and refunds related to their transactions.
