‍FINCORO LIMITED provides internet acquiring and payment gateway services. We are not a bank. All payments are processed in partnership with licensed acquiring banks and payment networks.

‍2. Merchant Account
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Your account is subject to approval by our compliance team.
- We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any account without explanation.

‍3. Prohibited Activities
‍You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or sale of prohibited goods.

‍4. Fees and SettlementFees are personalized based on your business type, volume, and risk category. All fees will be clearly stated in your Merchant Agreement.

‍5. Liability
‍Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
