1. Merchant-initiated Refunds
You may issue refunds to your customers directly from your merchant dashboard. Refunds are processed according to card network rules (usually within 5–10 business days).
2. Refund Conditions
- Refunds can only be issued for transactions processed through our gateway.
- The refunded amount cannot exceed the original transaction amount.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it violates card scheme rules.
3. ChargebacksIn case of a chargeback (dispute initiated by the cardholder), we will notify you and provide all available transaction data to help you respond.
